Every effort will be made to respond to questions asked by the clients of the web site in a clear, concise
manner, with the understanding that, since there is no ability to be physically or visually present, the answers are limited
to the scope, accuracy and content of the client’s description. Therefore, no liability is assumed or implied for any

no extra charge. If, at that time, there is still no resolution, a 50% credit will be issued to the client within 30 days
of that final decision.
